DigitalJamath provides an open-source ERP system for Masjid management. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
3. Usage Policy
You agree to use this software only for lawful purposes. You represent that any financial data entered (Zakat, Donations) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Open Source License
This project is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it under the terms of the license. The full license text is available in our GitHub repository.
5. Cloud Managed Service
For users of our Cloud Managed service:
- We provide hosting, backups, and maintenance
- Service availability target is 99.5% uptime
- Data is backed up daily with 30-day retention
- You may export your data at any time
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Digital Ummah Foundation, its contributors, or licensors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
7. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DigitalJamath complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws and FCRA regulations (if applicable).
