What you get

Core modules in Community Edition

Same product on self-host and Cloud. Cloud pays for servers, backups, and onboarding. It does not unlock modules.

Household census

Primary member as the contact point, family on the household card, membership IDs for outreach and eligibility.

Baitul Maal

Double-entry with hard fund isolation. Zakat, Sadaqah, Construction, and General cannot be mixed on submit.

Member portal

OTP login, family view, donation receipts, and service tickets (Nikah, NOC, certificates) from the phone.

India compliance pack

80G-style receipts and Form 10BD CSV export for committees that need them.

Welfare and volunteers

Grant requests and volunteer causes without putting beneficiary names on public boards.

FAQ

Straight answers

What is Digital Jamath?

Digital Jamath is open-source software for masjids and jamaths to run household census, Baitul Maal (with Shariah fund isolation), receipts and compliance, service tickets, and a member portal. It is MIT-licensed and built on Frappe + ERPNext 15.

Is Digital Jamath free?

Community Edition is free forever when you self-host. Digital Jamath Cloud is optional paid hosting and support: a 3-month free pilot, then plans from ₹999/month based on household count.

What is a household for pricing?

A household is one primary member (head of family) plus their family members. Cloud plans are billed by household count, not by every individual.

How do I try it before signing up?

Open the live Desk at app.digitaljamath.com/login or the portal login, or use the published Demo Jamath credentials. When ready, submit Show interest. We onboard pilots personally. No credit card required.

Where is the source code?

The MIT source is public at https://github.com/digitaljamath/digitaljamath. Star the repo to follow releases. Deployment steps are in DEPLOYMENT.md on the same repository.

Who receives pilot interest emails?

Interest forms notify [email protected] (primary) and [email protected]. Support for running systems is [email protected].
